Tru's Poo's 10 Step Puppy Adoption Process:

Identify which puppy you are interested in adopting by hovering over Tru's Poo's in the toolbar at the top of the Home page.

Once identified click on the name of the puppy. Click any one of the available pictures, then click "Go To Link" located underneath the picture.

The link will take you to the Waitlist form to fill out and submit (The Waitlist is THE ONLY way you will be considered for adoption)

You will be contacted via email with our introductory checklist to complete and return. You will have one 7 day week to complete and return the introductory checklist to us, to confirm your interest and continue in the adoption process (the date will be provided). this will also help us confirm your puppy selection and availability, in addition to other essentials (if we have not received the completed form by the specified date, we will be unable to move forward with your adoption and will move on to the next person on the waitlist).

After we have received the introductory checklist and you would like to proceed, we will confirm the meet-and-greet date & time for you and your selected puppy, via a Zoom call by texting and emailing you the Zoom invite (to be recorded for your records, and ours). Once the Zoom call has concluded, we will email the recorded meet-and-greet along with our puppy points checklist.

if you are ready to adopt your puppy, please review, sign, date, and return the puppy points checklist to us via email (The Puppy Points checklist is intended to inform you on the puppy's health, cost breakdown, etc.) the adoption process CANNOT move forward until we have received the completed Puppy Points form back from you. you will have one 7 day week to complete and return the puppy points checklist to us, to confirm your interest and continue in the adoption process (the date will be provided - if we have not received the completed form by the specified date, we will be unable to move forward with your adoption and will move on to the next person on the waitlist).

Once we have received the puppy points checklist and you feel comfortable moving forward with your puppy adoption, we will require a 30% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to hold your puppy (30% of the cost of the puppy - we will indicate via the website that your puppy is in the process of being adopted, until the process is complete). We will email you an invoice for the deposit, along with the date it needs to be paid by. you will have one 7 day week to complete the payment of the 30% non-refundable deposit (invoice), to confirm your interest and continue in the adoption process (the date will be provided - if we have not received the 30% non-refundable deposit (invoice) by the specified date, we will be unable to move forward with your adoption and will move on to the next person on the waitlist).

If you have decided to move forward with the deposit, your deposit will be used towards the total cost of your puppy's adoption. based on the information finalized and agreed upon in the puppy points checklist, the determination for the total cost of your adoption will be known. If you will be utilizing the nanny service or shipping options, the cost for those options are required to be paid within one 7 day week of us communicating with you, the confirmed cost from the airline. (the date will be provided - if we have not received the cost of the nanny service or shipping by the specified date, we will send communication via email to determine in you will be picking your pup up. you will have 3 days to reply via email. if we have not received communication via email, with a response we will be unable to move forward with your adoption and will move on to the next person on the waitlist).

If the adoption is successfully moving forward at this point, it is imperative to know that PAYMENT IN FULL FOR THE REMAINING COST OF THE PUPPY ADOPTION IS REQUIRED 72HRS PRIOR TO PICK UP/DELIVERY DATE, TO COMPLETE THE ADOPTION OF YOUR PUPPY. IF PAYMENT IN FULL IS NOT COMPLETED 72HRS (DATE WILL BE PROVIDED) PRIOR TO PICK UP/DELIVERY, WE WILL RETAIN THE 30% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AND ANY ASSOCIATED NANNY SERVICE OR SHIPPING FEES, AND YOUR SELECTED PUPPY WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE WEBSITE AGAIN. (These fees are retained as compensation for the time we have lost by making your puppy unavailable and for the potential loss in business)

Once the entire puppy process is complete, you are one giant step closer to enjoying the newest member of your family!

* You will only be allowed to reschedule for pick up/delivery once without affecting the terms of your adoption and you will be solely responsible for payment of any associated costs to accommodate the reschedule. If you need to reschedule a 2nd time and a full payment has not yet been made, regardless of the where we are in the puppy process, PAYMENT IN FULL will be required to prevent the selected puppy from being made available again.*

ONCE THE ADOPTION IS COMPLETE AND YOUR PUPPY IS SAFELY WITHIN YOUR CARE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

* IF FOR ANY REASON TRU'S POO'S INITIATES CANCELING OF THE ADOPTION, YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OF ALL FUNDS INCLUDING, THE DEPOSIT, ANY SHIPPING/DELIVERY FEES, AND THE COST OF THE PUPPY. THIS FULL REFUND IS ONLY AVAILABLE IF TRU'S POO'S INITIATES CANCELING OF THE ADOPTION - NOT FOR ANY OTHER REASONS *
